The season generally runs concurrent with a normal school year. Rodeos being around the first of September and continue through the state finals held the first part of June each year. If a member reaches the coveted top 4 in each event, they represent our state at the National High School Rodeo Finals in Lincoln, Nebraska July 18-24, 2021.

The rodeo events are: Bareback Riding, Saddle Bronc Riding, Breakaway Roping, Tie Down Roping, Pole Bending, Steer Wrestling, Goat Tying, Team Roping, Barrel Racing, Bull Riding, Girls Cutting, Boys Cutting, Reined Cow Horse and Queen's Contest.
