RAFFLE TICKETS: Raffle tickets are DUE at the January 3rd, 2020 rodeo. IF YOUR RAFFLE TICKETS HAVE NOT BEEN PAID IN FULL BY 2/2/2020, YOUR ENTRY WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE DRAW OF ALL FUTURE EVENTS... until paid in full. Any NEW members from this date forward will be allowed a MONTH to sell ticket from the time the pick their packet & raffle tickets up at their first Rodeo.

PURVIS RODEOS: Call/Text Calvin Ford at 601-794-7983 to reserve camp and/or stalls. They are $25 each. When you arrive and pay your gate fee, you will also pay for the camp & stalls. Get a receipt and then call Calvin to get everything unlocked.
LAZY J RODEOS: Call/Text Roscoe Thomas at 601-384-0168 to reserve camp and/or stalls. They are $20 each. When you arrive call or text Roscoe to pay and get your stalls unlocked.

GENERAL RODEO INFORMATION: As soon as you get to the first rodeo... See the Secretary to pick up your Contestant Back Number and packet!
DEADLINE TO ENTER THE RODEO AND LATE FEES: Each rodeo and reined cow horse has an entry deadline on a Tuesday before midnight. The three (3) days following the deadline, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday) are considered a late entry. You will be charged an extra $25 to enter at checkout. No entries will be accepted after the late entries close. See the Forms & Links tab for the rodeo, reined cow horse and cutting schedule and associated dates.
RODEO DRAWS: The draw is posted exactly 1 week and 1 day (or Wednesday the week before the rodeo) AFTER the submission deadline. (Nine to ten days prior to the rodeo, per regulations page.)
DRESS CODE: All contestants MUST be in full western attire (long-sleeved button-down shirt w/sleeves rolled down and shirt tucked in, jeans, cowboy hat and boots) ONE HOUR prior to the rodeo performance and during all slack. This also includes contestants who are entered in the rodeo but not competing during that particular performance/slack. If you are on the rodeo grounds during this time you MUST be in full western attire. Back numbers must be worn ON YOUR BACK at all times while on the rodeo grounds. This include during the Jr High rodeo also. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS! If you are found in violation of this rule you will be disqualified. Contestants and Parents a copy of our rules and regulations is posted on the website under the membership information tab. Also, a copy with several other important forms, insurance card, rule book etc. was given to each contestant with their back numbers. I would HIGHLY recommend that each contestant and parent take the time to read over these forms.
SCHEDULES: The 2019-2020 rodeo, cutting and RCH schedules are now up and located under the Forms & Links tab.
TEAM ROPING POINTS: According to the NHSRA Rule Book, Team Roping points are collected individually throughout the year. However, when you enter the State Finals the points gathered by the header and heeler are then merged together as a "team". EX: Bobby heads and collects 50 points by the state finals. He enters the state finals with James. James has 40 points as a heeler. They now have a total of 90 team points to start the finals. www.nhsra.com
