Make sure to refresh your browser so you are looking at the updated listing. This arena has camper hookups ($30/night), but does NOT HAVE STALLS. Please be aware of this and make arrangements. !!!!! REQUEST REMINDER: Each contestant is given 6 requests for the entire season. Friday & Saturday are both considered a request. At this point, we have several who have exceeded their requests and several more who are almost out. Requests are counted when you request, a traveling partner requests and a team roping partner requests. If you make a request and didn't get the night requested, this may indicate that you are out of requests. Please count your requests up so you are not caught off guard. !!!!!

2020 Year End Awards Ceremony will be held on Saturday the 30th of January at the COLUMBIA arena. It will start at 2:00 pm. Please plan to be there to pick up your top ten awards for last season. If you cannot attend, please let a Board Member know who will pick up your awards. J.S. Creations (Jessica Smith) will be onsite to take photos. She will have more information about ordering on-site.

RAFFLE TICKETS ARE DUE AT BROOKHAVEN IN JANUARY. If you are not going to make it to this rodeo you need to mail in, send with someone OR PayPal the money by January 16th!! If you miss the deadline, you will be pulled out of the following rodeo draw until full payment is made.
Remember to pick up your packet from the Secretary at your first rodeo. Also, pick up your CASH RAFFLE TICKETs. They are due no later than the first January rodeo. If they are not turned in by the deadline you will not be able to enter another rodeo until they are paid in full.
Jackets with a chenille back number stitched on them can be purchased, ASAP! See the secretary at the rodeo. If you want to order online, the cost of the jacket is $160 and you will need to send via PayPal Friends and Family option; include the size, name and back # in the notes with your order.

LATE FEES: A $25 late fee applies to entries submitted the last 3 days. Please see the updated schedule for deadlines. This is set up just like last year.
REQUESTS: The 2020-2021 season will allow a contestant to make six (6) rodeo night requests. The 6 requests now apply to Friday and Saturday nights. So please do not move the arrow from the middle (Any Perf), unless you are actually needing a request. Keep in mind that if you are in Team Roping and make a request, it will count as a request for both team members. If a contestant draws all events on one night (when night is not specified during the online entry process; aka: Any Perf is selected), this IS NOT A REQUEST.
You can make a note during Online Entry to let the secretary know who your "Traveling Partner" is. This is NOT to be up the same night as your friends, but it is a true traveling situation for siblings, shared horses, or this person is your actual ride to the event.
SCHEDULES: The 2020-2021 rodeo, cutting and RCH schedules will be up after our August General Membership meeting. Schedules are up now. 8/19!
The GENERAL MEETING is set for Tuesday, August 18th at 7:30 pm. It will be held at the usual location: MS Cattleman's Association meeting room in Jackson, MS. Remember, you had to pay your Adult Membership dues no later than the State Finals in order to vote at this meeting.

VOLUNTEERS: We always need student members to help carry flags during grand entry each night. Our wonderful sponsors deserve proper representation at each of our rodeos! Contact our Queen Lola Phillips or the rodeo sponsor to sign up or meet in the alley 15 minutes before the rodeo starts!
Adult volunteers are also needed. Please let the Secretary know if you can help with anything.
